If you or your family need support there are a variety of ways you can find it through our Family Hubs Leaflet.

Family Navigators

You can talk to one of our Family Navigators who are based in our Family Hubs offering free, confidential and non-judgmental support if you are a parent or carer living in Lewisham. If you wish to receive support from one of our Family Navigators, please complete this quick form and one of our Family Navigators will then be in touch with you to provide free, confidential and non-judgmental support by connecting you with on site and local support services, led by you. 

We also run two 'Natter with a Nav' session each week. These regular sessions are the perfect opportunity for parents, carers, children, and young people to drop in.

Whether you have questions, need a listening ear, or just fancy a natter, we’d love to see you there!
All families welcome, and there’s always a cuppa and warm smile waiting for you.

SEND Advisors

If you are concerned your child is finding aspects of school challenging and you would like support on what provision is available in mainstream schools our SEND Advisors can offer guidance.

• Does your child have a special educational need and/or disability (SEND)? 
• Does your child find aspects of school challenging due to a barrier with their learning? 
• Ever wondered what support your child can get in school without an EHCP?

If you have answered yes to all three questions, come and speak to a Lewisham SEND Advisor who can offer advice and guidance. Details on our current timetables.

Making a Professional Referral

The focused support you can refer families to via our referral form below, includes:

• Parenting programmes
• Domestic abuse recovery support in the form of the Freedom, VOICE and Children Overcoming Domestic Abuse programmes

All completed referrals for our focused support services can be sent to our secure email Family.Hub.Referrals@Lewisham.gov.uk where the Family Services Panel will assess the referral and place it within the correct service or programme to meet the family’s needs.
